Careers and professional development

Audit, accounting and advisory work that builds real expertise, in a licensed firm with the reach of PKF Global.

Talk to us

We are a team of three licensed auditors and six certified accountants working with clients in twelve industries, from manufacturers and financial institutions to EU and Swiss funded programmes.

Every member of the team works directly on engagements, under the supervision of a licensed auditor, from the first week.

Why PKF EFP

Learn from licensed auditors

Small teams mean you work next to the partners and licensed auditors on every engagement, not in a back office.

A clear path to a licence

You gain the supervised practical experience required for certified accountant and licensed auditor status with the national institutes.

Part of PKF Global

Training programmes and methodology from a network in 150 countries, and the chance to work on cross-border engagements.

Professional tools

Caseware Working Papers and IDEA data analysis on every audit, so you learn the way modern firms work.

How we develop people

  1. On-the-job supervision

Junior staff learn new skills on real engagements under a licensed auditor, with review of every working paper.

  2. Continuing education

Organised education through the Institute of Certified Auditors and the Institute of Accountants and Certified Accountants, plus PKF network seminars and in-house sessions.

  3. Performance linked to progression

Annual performance assessment is used to decide pay, bonuses, promotion and professional development, as set out in our transparency report.
